The Institute of Directors' development programmes help new and experienced directors to build governance skills, make connections and learn how boards operate.
To deliver our development programmes, we work with mentors and ‘host’ boards who are committed to building talent and capability for individuals, for their own board and for the governance profession.
For host boards, the development programmes bring fresh perspectives, and diversity of thought and experience to the board table.
