Course description
As artificial intelligence (AI) transforms how organisations operate, it’s increasingly important for boards to lead with confidence and clarity. AI Governance Essentials is designed to equip directors with the knowledge and frameworks needed to oversee AI responsibly and strategically.
This one day, in-person course expands on the key concepts covered in our online course. Delivered through real-world scenarios with experienced facilitators, group discussions, exercises and practical tools, it empowers directors to ask the right questions and align AI initiatives with organisational strategy and values.
Participants will gain insights into the practical applications of generative AI, explore the emerging risks and opportunities associated with integrating AI into your organisation, and walk away with a five-step roadmap to guide your board’s AI journey.
Whether your organisation is exploring AI adoption or already integrating it, this course supports board-level leadership that is both ethical and future focused.
