Overview

Women directors often face a dual challenge. We’re expected to bring fresh thinking and thoughtful challenge, but we’re also more likely to be scrutinised for the decisions we make. This Mentor Circle explores how to stay confident, decisive and influential when the pressure is on.

Join Jackie Lloyd CFInstD, and three leading women directors – Dr Helen Anderson QSO, CFInstD, Catherine Savage CFInstD, and Ana Morrison MInstD – for a facilitated interactive discussion on how to balance courageous leadership with good governance disciplines, trust your judgement even when others don’t, and reframe scrutiny as an opportunity to lead with clarity and purpose.

Our WDN Mentor Circles foster open conversations in a safe and confidential environment.  Come prepared to be an active participant, ask questions and contribute your perspectives throughout the session.
