Overview

At a recent branch committee meeting, a conversation between some of the younger and older committee members turned into a light-hearted debate on what each generation brought to the board table.

We'd like to continue the debate, but in the spirit of a constructive conversation, we've mixed up the teams.

Mediated by Graeme Marshall, we have Jana Rangooni, Sam Fellows and Warren Banks on the older side of the experience debate and Anne Blakeway, Deryck Shaw and Katherine Evans on the younger.
