The 34th Annual General Meeting of the Waikato Branch of the Institute of Directors will be held at FMG Stadium Waikato on 12 March  2026 at 7.00pm

Prior to the AGM, a panel consisting of Tania Simpson, Fiona Carrick, Bruce Sheridan and Neil Richardson will address attendees.

Branch Committee Nominations

Under our branch constitution, one third of our branch committee retire by rotation each year and are eligible for re-election if they choose to stand for another term. This year Brad Jackson retires in rotation and is available for re-election.  Resigning committee members are:
- Earl Rattray after 17 years 
- John Wilkinson after 6 years
- Kevlyn Eglinton after 3 years 

As with our membership, we are looking for a rich diversity in our branch committee team made up from a range of backgrounds and experience. If you are interested in standing for the 2026 Waikato Branch Committee, please contact  Megan Beveridge, Waikato Branch Manager to learn more and request a nomination form. Completed nomination forms must be returned by no later than 5pm on 5 March 2026.
