Campbell Mattson is the Managing Director of North Taranaki ITM, Peak Pine Sawmills and an experienced business owner, investor and director with more than 20 years' experience across the construction, manufacturing, building supply and property sectors. Through his governance and ownership interests in a range of privately owned businesses, Campbell has extensive experience navigating business growth, acquisition, strategy and long-term value creation.
Alongside his commercial leadership roles, Campbell until recently served on the Board of Construction Health and Safety New Zealand (CHASNZ) and is a founder and former Chair of Building Wellness Taranaki. With first-hand experience working with governance and advisory structures in growing businesses, Campbell brings valuable insights into how advisory boards can support better decision-making, accountability and sustainable business success.
Grant is a Director and Board chair of Unlimit, a Taranaki business advisory firm focused on enabling the success of SMEs across regional New Zealand. He is also Chair of Venture Taranaki, and an advisory board chair for a number of privately owned businesses. Grant works closely with business owners as a strategic advisor, helping leaders navigate growth, governance, succession, acquisitions, mergers, and organisational change.
An experienced advisory board facilitator and trusted advisor, Grant brings practical governance expertise and a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing regional businesses. He is passionate about helping business owners make confident decisions and create long-term value for their organisations.
