With our Mentoring for Diversity Programme applications opening soon for the 2024 cohort, take the opportunity to meet with the programme leaders and ask them anything.
The IoD’s Mentoring for Diversity programme was launched in 2011 to link experienced female directors (mentees) with chairs and senior directors (mentors) from NZX and large company boards.
The programme was expanded in 2015 to promote board diversity in its wider sense, and we welcome applications on the basis of diversity including gender, ethnicity, LGBTI affinity, age, culture, disability, background, sector and experience.
Successful applicants are matched with a senior director for a year-long programme of one-to-one mentoring (usually 6-8 sessions).
During the year-long programme we hold four networking and knowledge-sharing events. This is an opportunity to connect with other mentees and hear from governance experts.
By registering for this event you are confirming that you agree to adhere to our Covid-19 health and safety measures. If you are unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms please do not attend this event.
Should you have any particular dietary, mobility, cultural or other requirements, you can let us know on the registration form.
Regrettably, registration fees cannot be refunded when cancellations are received within two working days prior to any branch event.
See our standard terms and conditions for more information.
