Step into a live crisis simulation and explore the leadership decisions that shape organisational resilience.
Would you know what to do in the first hour of a crisis?
Whether it is a cyber incident, a health and safety event, or a reputational issue unfolding in real time, the decisions made in the first critical moments can have lasting consequences for an organisation.
Join us for an engaging and interactive evening that combines a live crisis simulation with a candid conversation on leadership under pressure.
Delegates will take part in an immersive NXUS crisis simulation, where they will be challenged to respond to a fast-moving scenario and navigate the governance and leadership issues that emerge. The exercise is designed to test decision-making, communication and oversight in a realistic crisis environment.
Following the simulation, Scott Campbell, founder of NXUS and Managing Director of SC Consulting, will share insights from his extensive experience supporting organisations through complex crises. In a fireside discussion, he will explore common pitfalls, lessons learned and the leadership behaviours that help organisations respond effectively when it matters most.
This is more than a presentation. It is a practical experience designed to strengthen your understanding of crisis leadership and governance.
