The Branch constitution was changed at the 2012 AGM to introduce three year terms for committee members and a rotation policy which required a minimum of three committee positions are rotated on an annual basis. During the transition period it was agreed that the rotations would be selected alphabetically and as such the following committee members are due for re- election:

  • Michelle Hollands
  • Earl Rattray
  • Mark Renner

And offer themselves for re-election.

Nominee bios will be distributed to all members with the AGM papers prior to the AGM. 

If an election is required voting will be conducted by a vote at the AGM. Scrutineers will be appointed by the members and Fellows present. When they have completed counting the votes cast, the results will be made known to the Chairperson of the AGM who will announce the members of the Committee to those attending the meeting. 

The closing date for the receipt of nominations and bios is Wednesday 1st February 2017.
