The 36th Annual General Meeting of the Canterbury Branch of the Institute of Directors will be held at 5.45pm on Monday 18 March 2019 at The George, Park Terrace, Christchurch.

Election procedure

As per the Branch Constitution, one-third of the Branch Committee shall retire in rotation each year but shall be eligible for re-election without nomination.

This year Geordie Hooft and Nick Carter retire in rotation and are available for re-election. Julie Millar is standing down and not available for re-election.  We therefore require at least one further nomination to fill the vacancy left by Julie. The election will be conducted as part of the AGM on 18 March.

To be nominated for the Canterbury Branch Committee the nominee must be a Member, Chartered Member, or Chartered Fellow with the IoD. Please complete the nomination form
