The Mentoring for Governance Success (MfGS) programme is aimed at new and aspiring directors, with the purpose of the assisting these mentees to gain knowledge and skills in relation to their governance career.
Applicants are required to fill in an application outlining their current experience and their governance aspirations.
To qualify for the programme, you must be a current IoD member of the Bay of Plenty Branch.
The mentoring relationship is for a 12 month period and applicants should make sure they have the time and availability to properly commit the time required each month to prepare for the mentoring sessions and undertake the necessary work recommended by the mentor.
Applications will be considered by the MfGS panel consisting of branch committee members Dr Bev Edlin and Des Hammond, with administrative support from Laura Gaveika, Bay of Plenty Branch Manager.
