Lucy Griffiths

CFInstD

Lucy Griffiths (CFInstD, BCom, BPhEd, Global MBA) is a professional director with a governance portfolio spanning commercial, charitable, Māori, agribusiness, environment, regional development, arts, and public sector organisations. 

Based in Masterton, Lucy is serving her fifth elected term on Masterton Community Trust (MCT) and is its current President. MCT is the 95% shareholder of Trust House Ltd—a community-owned enterprise with interests in hospitality, renewable energy, and social and affordable housing. She also chairs Trust House Foundation, which distributes nearly $3 million annually to charitable and community organisations across the region. 

Her local governance experience includes current and former roles with Rangitāne Tū Mai Rā Investments, Brackenridge Country Retreat & Spa, and Hokai Tahi. 

Alongside her governance roles, Lucy helps New Zealand businesses grow internationally through her consultancy, Innov8 Aotearoa. 

Samantha Sharif

CFInstD

Samantha is a seasoned leader in logistics, infrastructure, decarbonisation, and investment, with a commercial law and finance background. 

She has chaired and served on the boards of various companies and organisations in New Zealand and abroad, focusing on delivering solutions and results in challenging and complex environments. 

Samantha’s expertise includes audit and risk, investment, remuneration, health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE). 

She is currently Independent Chair of Kiwifruit New Zealand and New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd (NTL:NZX), and an Independent Director of SIL/MFL Mutual Funds, Auto Stewardship NZ Limited, and Edison Consulting Group.
