A Pacific lens on governance and leadership shaping the future across Waikato, New Zealand and beyond.
Governance is not judged by the quality of discussion around the board table, but by the quality of outcomes experienced beyond it. In the end, leadership and governance are always viewed through the eyes of those we serve.
Join us for an interactive discussion on the application of governance through a Pacific lens. Many boards navigate increasingly complex challenges, Pacific perspectives offer valuable insights into leadership, stewardship, relationships and long-term decision making. Our experienced directors will respond and answer what many are thinking - WHY?
How do Pacific worldviews and perspectives strengthen governance practice? How does it foster more inclusive decision making? What can your boards do to optimise Pacific governance contributions ?
Drawing on their governance lived-experience across a range of sectors, each director will share practical insights and light-bulb moments that have relevance and impact over and above the boardroom context followed by Q&A.
