Overview

Governance in Aotearoa is evolving, and emerging leaders are increasingly being asked to navigate both Western governance frameworks and Māori worldviews. But what does governance through two lenses look like in practice, and what does it mean for the next generation of directors and leaders?

Join us for this engaging webinar as we explore how governance can be strengthened through both commercial and cultural perspectives. Through discussion and shared insights, Jim Mather, Jymal Morgan, Maxine Graham and Te Teira Pitama will reflect on the opportunities, challenges, and expectations facing rangatahi | the younger generation entering governance today, and what organisations can do to support more inclusive and future-focused leadership.

The webinar will include practical insights for boards and organisations, followed by an audience Q&A.
