An opportunity to share insights and hear from experienced directors on expanding pathways to board leadership.
Join us for this Women Directors’ Network Mentor Circle session as we explore how women can take the next step from board member to board leader.
Despite demonstrating equal competence and experience, women are often under-represented in chair and key committee roles. This interactive online session will explore practical strategies to expand leadership pathways and address the barriers that prevent many women from progressing beyond the board table.
Guided by experienced directors – led by Jackie Lloyd CFInstD with Sue Suckling DFInstD, Karen Price CFInstD and Tracey Bridges MInstD – this session offers an opportunity to connect with other women directors, share experiences and hear insights into what it really takes to lead in the boardroom.
Our WDN Mentor Circles foster open conversations in a safe and confidential environment. Come prepared to be an active participant, ask questions and contribute your perspectives throughout the session.
