Following the first session in our Young Directors’ Network (YDN) series, this interactive workshop in Christchurch invites you to share ideas, experiences and aspirations for the next generation of governance leaders.
In an environment where boards are focusing on long-term growth, adaptability and diversity of thought, young directors have a unique opportunity to make an impact. This session will explore how fresh perspectives can strengthen board discussions, challenge assumptions, and help organisations respond effectively to emerging opportunities and challenges.
