Glenn is a life and governance coach with over 30 years of governance experience at civic, community, and commercial organisations. A long-time advocate for community-led development, he served as a Christchurch City Councillor for nine years following the Christchurch earthquakes. He is currently chair of Epilepsy New Zealand and a trustee (and former chair) of Rātā Foundation
In his spare time, Glenn has completed the Coast-to-Coast Endurance event ten times, run two marathons, multiple half-marathons, and competed in a range of events.

Jonathan is a trustee at Kura Tāwhiti (formerly The Christchurch Foundation), contributing to community development and philanthropic initiatives within Christchurch.
With a background in media production and strategic initiatives, Jonathan is the founder and director of ASN Media, a global content studio specialising in documentary-style storytelling and strategic media production that drives industry engagement and impact.

Mandy is a respected leader in the non-profit sector. After two decades in leadership roles for some of New Zealand’s most recognised hotel brands, Mandy’s shift to the non-profit sector in 2013 signalled a desire to use her knowledge and expertise to make a positive impact on people and communities.
Mandy was appointed CEO of the Bone Marrow Cancer Trust in 2022, having previously held Chief Executive roles at Ronald McDonald House South Island and the Queenstown Trails Trust
CMInstD
Prior to moving to New Zealand in 2014, Kate spent 20 years in investment banking in the UK, with Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, where she held a variety of senior roles in the areas of financial risk management and structured financing.
Kate is now a professional director and sits on the boards of companies including The a2 Milk Company, Christchurch International Airport, Heartland Bank and Group and The New Zealand Merino Company. She is also a trustee for The Gut Foundation and chairs Link Engine Management (a privately-owned automotive technology company).
