Overview

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to observe governance in action and refine your skills in a supportive learning environment. No previous governance experience is required to participate.

What you’ll gain:

  • Networking in a small group with participants and experienced directors

December programme details:

  • Observe a session of the EA Networks' Shareholders Committee meeting.
  • Participate in a post-observation debrief session at EA Networks with
    o    Robert Newlands MInstD (Shareholders Committee Chair)
    o    Andrew Barlass MInstD (Board Chair)
  • Engage in guided discussions led by experienced directors, Lloyd Mander CFInstD and Jessie Chan CFInstD, helping you analyse and apply governance insights.
  • Limited to eight participants only.
  • Note that participants must not have a conflict of interest with EA Networks.
