December programme details:

Observe a session of the EA Networks ' Shareholders Committee meeting.
Participate in a post-observation debrief session at EA Networks with
o Robert Newlands MInstD (Shareholders Committee Chair)
o Andrew Barlass MInstD (Board Chair)
Engage in guided discussions led by experienced directors, Lloyd Mander CFInstD and Jessie Chan CFInstD, helping you analyse and apply governance insights.
Limited to eight participants only.
Note that participants must not have a conflict of interest with EA Networks.
