The IoD is hosting DPMC as they seek industry feedback, from owners and operators of New Zealand’s critical infrastructure who would be directly affected by potential regulatory reform.
The New Zealand Government has released a consultation document on the Cyber Security of Critical Infrastructure.
The regime would determine which entities are treated as critical infrastructure, what obligations apply to them, and whether directors are personally liable for failures to meet those obligations.
The Institute of Directors is hosting the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) as they seek feedback from infrastructure asset owners and operators on the proposals.
We invite directors and governors of organisations connected to critical infrastructure, including energy, water, transport, telecommunications, health, finance, and central and local government to join this webinar and share feedback on the regulatory reform.
This webinar will be run slightly differently to IoD’s regular format, allowing for open dialogue between Monique Cornish, Principal Policy Advisor, her team, and attendees.
Chatham House Rules apply.
Regrettably, registration fees cannot be refunded when cancellations are received within two working days prior to any event. See our standard terms and conditions for more information.
