Explore the grey areas of governance where directors must navigate competing values and ethical tensions.
In today’s complex governance environment, directors are increasingly confronted with difficult ethical decisions that don’t always have a clear right or wrong answer.
This Women Directors’ Network Mentor Circle invites you to explore real-world ethical tensions that arise when directors face competing interests, blurred responsibilities, or uncertain expectations.
Led by Jackie Lloyd CFInstD, with Anne Urlwin CFInstD, Alison Gerry CFInstD and Melissa Clark-Reynolds CFInstD, this interactive discussion will unpack how values, judgement and principles come into play when facing dilemmas in the boardroom.
Our WDN Mentor Circles foster open conversations in a safe and confidential environment. Come prepared to be an active participant, ask questions and contribute your perspectives throughout the session.
