Te Ara Tāwhaki Not-for-Profit Mentoring Programme is a 10-month mentorship – providing a platform for NFP directors and trustees to continue building their capacity as community leaders at the coalface and contributing to the governance of Aotearoa’s community organisations.
Successful applicants will be matched with an experienced director for one-to-one mentoring in 2027.
The programme also includes four webinars with governance experts, providing opportunities to connect with peers, share experiences, and engage on issues relevant to the sector.
