How boards can strengthen financial resilience and adapt to funding uncertainty in a changing environment
Boards are operating in an environment of funding uncertainty, rising demand, and increasing expectations from funders, communities and regulators. For many not-for-profit and purpose-led organisations, this is placing real pressure on financial viability and shifting the focus from sustainability to resilience.
This webcast explores how boards can build financial resilience in practice. It will examine how directors maintain stability, respond to changing funding conditions, and support organisations to continue delivering on their purpose when conditions shift.

Panellists will share practical insights from their governance experience, offering a clear view of how financial resilience is being applied in practice.
This session will be facilitated by Principal Governance Adviser Judene Edgar, joined by Jenni Giblin, Founder of Funding HQ, and Glen Cornelius, Chair of Habitat for Humanity.
