Supply chain disruption is now a governance challenge. Explore Asia-Pacific perspectives on resilience, risk and strategic trade-offs for boards.
This webinar is free for Chapter Zero NZ supporters. When booking the event please enter the code SUPPORTER29JUL26.
Supply chain disruption is no longer an operational issue. It is a strategic one. From geopolitical instability to climate impacts and supplier concentration, the risks facing organisations are more complex, interconnected and persistent than ever.
For boards, the challenge is not simply understanding these risks, but governing them through clear, deliberate choices about how much disruption the organisation is prepared to carry, and the trade-offs required to manage it.
This webinar explores how directors govern supply chain resilience. How do you balance efficiency with resilience, cost with continuity, and global sourcing with local security? What happens when key suppliers fail, or when physical risks such as extreme weather disrupt critical inputs?
Drawing on real-world insights, the session will examine how organisations are using scenario thinking to test vulnerabilities, improve visibility, and build resilience as an organisational capability, not just a contingency plan.
At its core, this is about decision-making. Are you comfortable with the level of disruption your organisation is exposed to, and have you consciously chosen that?
Delivered by Chapter Zero New Zealand in collaboration with Climate Governance Initiative Hong Kong, this session will draw on international insights into how boards are navigating supply chain resilience and trade-offs across different markets.
