Submission on the review of the Protected Disclosures Act 2000

The IoD welcomes the review of the Act to ensure it is fit-for-purpose and meets international best practice standards.

We support the overall intent of the review, but we are very concerned that small and medium sized organisations will be disproportionately burdened by some of the proposals for reform.
