Submission on introducing director identification numbers and insolvency law reform

The IoD continues to support the introduction of director identification numbers and the suggested implementation process.

We have also called for the Insolvency Working Group to give greater consideration to proposed insolvency reforms overseas and their relevance in the New Zealand context.
