Course description

In this half-day course held in the afternoon you will build your confidence, aptitude, and skills in making decisions in different contexts.

You will explore case studies and role play scenarios that might occur for any board or trust.

At the end of the course you will know how to approach board decisions when faced with an ethical dilemma.

Content covered

Practice your decision-making skills dealing with:

  • an external issue outside your control
  • a challenge from inside the organisation, like whistle blowing or a misdemeanour by a senior executive
  • conflict in the board.
