Overview

Much of the climate change material and perspectives delivered in the public domain to date focuses on: government policy; legal perspectives with an emphasis on directors’ responsibilities (and D&O insurance) and disclosure expectations (e.g. TCFD).

In contrast, there has been significantly less on the wider array of ‘practical’ implications and opportunities for individual organisations - the ‘what does this really mean in practice for any enterprise and those charged with its leadership and governance’? question.
