Rachel is a highly competent leader across wide-ranging responsibilities and an experienced strategy and policy development.

Rachel Pinn is energetic and brings more than 20 years' experience in strategic planning and policy development. Rachel has a broad range of skills and experience including strategic planning, business plan development and procurement.

Rachel is a full member of the NZ Planning Institute and a Chartered member of the Institute of Directors. Rachel is on the Board of Kiwirail and appointed to the Risk, Audit and Assurance Committee and Health, Safety and Environment Committee, she is also on the Advisory Board for the Department of Conservation in the Bay of Plenty.
