Join Herman Visagie and Bob Selden to explore practical ways to manage complex conversations in virtual boardrooms.
As remote meetings become an everyday reality, boards are rethinking how they communicate, collaborate and address sensitive topics online. Leading complex discussions over platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams presents new challenges for trust, clarity and engagement.
Join speakers Herman Visagie and Bob Selden for a practical session designed to help directors confidently manage complex conversations in virtual settings. You will explore techniques to adapt your communication style, foster constructive dialogue and maintain accountability, while keeping your board connected and effective.
Learn how to build confidence in challenging discussions, manage disagreements respectfully and support clear decision-making, even when board members are participating from different locations.
