Overview

Advisory boards can be an asset to any business, providing specialist knowledge to help guide strategic decisions; yet they are often misunderstood or poorly structured. This is a practical session exploring the fundamentals of structuring advisory boards for success.

Hear key legal insights, gain insights from case studies, and take part in an open discussion on common challenges, leaving with clear and actionable safeguards to strengthen your advisory board structure.
