Overview

Launching the IoD NZ Public Sector Governance Shared Interest Group, this must-attend webinar brings together Judene Edgar and John Ryan, New Zealand’s Auditor-General for the past seven years, to unpack the art and science of governing for the public good.

From the corridors of central government to the council chambers of local authorities, John offers candid reflections on the board’s role in safeguarding integrity, managing risk and driving high-performance cultures.

Whether you’re a seasoned director or newly appointed to a Crown entity or Council Controlled (Trading) Organisation, this session will equip you with fresh perspectives and practical take-aways to enhance accountability and resilience in your organisation.

This webinar will set the scene for future events for the IoD’s Public Sector Governance Shared Interest Group.
