Overview

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to observe governance in action and refine your skills in a supportive learning environment. No previous governance experience is required to participate.

August programme details:

Observe a session of the Lyttelton Port Company’s board meeting
Participate in a post-observation debrief session at Lyttelton Port Company with
o Barry Bragg (LPC Chair)
o Sarah Alderson (LPC Legal Counsel)
Engage in guided discussions, led by IoD Distinguished Fellow Brian Wood, helping you analyse and apply governance insights.
Limited to five participants only
Note that participants must not have a conflict of interest with LPC

12 noon	Post observation debrief	Post observation debrief with LPC Chair and Legal Counsel	15 min
