Overview

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to observe governance in action and refine your skills in a supportive learning environment. No previous governance experience is required to participate.

What you’ll gain:

  • Networking in a small group with participants and an experienced director

August programme details:

  • Observe a session of the Lyttelton Port Company’s board meeting
  • Participate in a post-observation debrief session at Lyttelton Port Company with
    o    Barry Bragg (LPC Chair)
    o    Sarah Alderson (LPC Legal Counsel)
  • Engage in guided discussions, led by IoD Distinguished Fellow Brian Wood, helping you analyse and apply governance insights.
  • Limited to five participants only
  • Note that participants must not have a conflict of interest with LPC
