Craig Fisher is an experienced professional director, governance adviser and former audit and assurance leader with more than 30 years' experience working with organisations across New Zealand, Japan and the United Kingdom. Throughout his career, Craig has advised listed companies, government entities, charities, and a wide range of commercial and for-purpose organisations on governance, strategy, risk and organisational performance.
A recognised expert in the charitable and for-purpose sector, Craig is a sought-after presenter, author and adviser, known for translating complex governance and assurance issues into practical, actionable insights. He has extensive experience in audit, assurance and ethical standard setting, representing the New Zealand accounting profession both nationally and internationally.
Craig has held numerous governance and leadership roles, including chairing accounting firms for almost two decades and serving on a range of boards. Passionate about helping organisations thrive, he brings a pragmatic, real-world perspective to governance, leadership, organisational development and sustainable success.

Paul Brown is Managing Director of Boardworks and an experienced governance adviser with a strong background spanning the private, commercial and for-purpose sectors. Passionate about helping boards achieve meaningful outcomes, Paul is recognised for his ability to align purpose, strategy and governance while addressing the root causes of complex board challenges.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, an MBA, and has completed executive education programmes at Harvard, Duke and IMD business schools. He currently chairs a for-purpose board and serves as Executive Director for both a commercial organisation and a pioneering collaborative initiative in the for-purpose sector.
In recognition of his work bringing together the Maasai and Kamba tribes in Kenya, Paul was honoured as an honorary Maasai chief. He also serves on several advisory boards and is a Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Paul is committed to building high-performing boards that create lasting impact.
