Over his 25 year career with Gallagher Steve has been involved in what he describes as a transformation from a ‘manufacturing exporter’ to a ‘global marketer’. Hear from Steve about the role that innovation, brand and culture have played in the growth of Gallagher. Throughout his time with the organisation Steve has led the team through a number of strategic acquisitions and implementation of methodologies and practices that have set the business on its path to its next goal of a billion dollar turnover.
