Overview

This is the second in a series of three events in partnership with the Queenstown Business Chamber of Commerce looking at governance in SME businesses.

Advisory boards are often the first step in the governance journey for growing SMEs, striking a balance between informality and effectiveness whilst seeking to harness the knowledge and skills of external parties to provide strategic insight and hold the business accountable to the agreed tactics and goals.

This panel discussion will involve exploring the what, why and how of advisory boards from multiple perspectives, including business owners themselves.  It will be practically focused and will have ample time to consider real-world questions from the floor.
