Stephen England-Hall looks at how past learnings about the way the public behaves can inform the future for tourism.
Stephen England-Hall brings to this lunch event his background in marketing and economics to discuss what social and buyer behavioural learnings we can take from past economic upheaval that could inform the strategies of organisations as they look to the next one to 10 years.
Stephen’s in-depth knowledge of the tourism and international travel sector through his tenure as CEO of Tourism NZ and now CEO of the Wayfare Group will provide an excellent platform for discussion during the Q&A time, post his presentation.
Stephen England-Hall is CEO of Wayfare Group, a leading recreation and travel company which owns four major brands: Real Journeys, Cardrona Alpine Resort, Go Orange, and the International Antarctic Centre. Prior to joining Wayfare, Stephen was chief executive of Tourism New Zealand and has held a number of prominent roles in digital marketing, data and tech companies around the world including CEO of Loyalty NZ, Global CRO of Syncapse in Canada, and CEO of Razorfish in the UK.
