Overview

Join us for an insightful discussion on the realities of women in governance with Institute of Directors Chief Executive Kirsten Patterson CMInstD, independent director Joy Marslin MInstD, and former Emerging Director Award winner Jenna Neame CMInstD.

Facilitated by Intepeople partner Melisa Kappely, the panel will explore the evolving role of women in governance, and the ongoing journey toward equity in the boardroom.

What progress has been made? What barriers still remain? And what does the future look like for women in governance? Our speakers will share personal stories, experiences, and practical insights for both aspiring and experienced directors.
