Overview

The Board has a key leadership role to foster high ethical standards and set the tone for a healthy organisational culture. It means leading from the top as well as supporting management and holding them to account on achieving and maintaining a healthy culture and ethical practices. By displaying and encouraging high ethical standards, directors positively influence culture, behaviour and the reputation of their companies.

In this Directors’ Deep Dive, Pivot & Pace partner Greg Allnutt will discuss setting and leading organisation culture as a Board including:

  • Understanding shared meaning
  • Meaningful values for your future
  • Intentionally making culture work
  • Measuring culture

This interactive discussion-style event will be capped at 15 attendees. You will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspectives.
