Board and management dynamics in action
How human behaviour can drive governance and management decisions.
Join us in Timaru for a live-streamed panel discussion with experienced directors Tony Carter, Pip Greenwood and Sir Rob McLeod on Board Character.
Courage & commitment, purpose & values, and culture & inclusion underpin board leadership and set the tone for an organisation. In a discussion facilitated by Susan Paterson, our panel will share their key experiences on building and achieving successful board character, including challenges they have faced, in a modern context.
