Amy Cavanaugh

Amy is a senior leader in the financial services industry and currently serves on the boards of AFS Intercultural Programmes New Zealand and The Supported Lifestyle Hauraki Trust.
Through her career she has developed expertise in strategy, transformation, risk and regulatory oversight, bringing a practical and commercially focused perspective to board discussions. She has experience working with boards, regulators and industry stakeholders through periods of change and growth.
Amy is an active member of the Auckland Branch, serves on the Young Directors Network Committee, and is a graduate of the IoD Mentoring for Diversity Programme (2024). She is passionate about supporting good governance and helping develop the next generation of directors in Aotearoa New Zealand.
