Note: If you select option 2, you do not need to provide the date you completed the IoD Company Directors’ Course (CDC) and assessment, or equivalent.

Option one *

I have completed the IoD Company Directors' Course (CDC), or successfully applied for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

I have passed the Chartered Member assessment ( or equivalent)

I have at least five (5) years' experience (elapsed time) as a director or equivalent in two or more organisations of substance

Enter the date that you completed the CDC course or RPL was approved

Enter the date that you completed the CMA

Option two *

I have at least ten (10) years’ experience (elapsed time) as a director or equivalent in two or more organisations of substance
