Pania Gray has been a member of the Institute of Directors since 2013. She became a Chartered Member in 2018, following her 2017 attendance at the Company Directors Course.
Based in Wellington, Pania Gray CMInstD has a mix of privately held company, public entity, and not-for-profit governance experience. Pania is currently the independent Chair of Education Services Limited, Pro-Chancellor at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington and volunteers as a member of the Institute of Directors Wellington Branch Committee and as a trustee of her whānau land trust. She concurrently owner-operates her own boutique consultancy, Kororā Consulting Limited.
As a member of the Institute of Directors facilitator pool, Pania is a lead facilitator for the Company Directors Course and the Governance Essentials course – both in-house and as part of the public series. Pania is also called upon to facilitate Board evaluation discussions, on behalf of the Institute of Directors.
