Cameron Taylor

OLY, MInstD, M.B.A. (Lond.), LL.B (Hons)

Cameron has extensive experience advising directors on corporate governance matters and assisting entities with strategic transactions, including M&A, joint ventures and capital raising transactions. He is admitted to the bar in New Zealand and New York.

Cameron spent eight years as a U.S. qualified attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London and holds degrees in finance and economics (M.B.A. from London Business School and undergraduate degrees from S.M.U. in Dallas, Texas) and law (LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Auckland).

Cameron is currently the chair of Athletics New Zealand and has served as a board member / trustee of commercial and not-for-profit organisations. He was previously a partner with Ernst & Young (EY) and with MinterEllisonRuddWatts.

A former track & field athlete, Cameron represented New Zealand at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona in the 200 metres.
