Managing, leading and governing health and safety
Overview
In this module we provide an overview of the three roles and perspectives for agency senior leaders with officer responsibilities under HSWA. We will explore leadership behaviours and practices as well as exploring the importance of culture, from the top down. We will also explore the scope of PCBU duties and how these are overlap in the context of the Departments and Agency environment.
Using the three lenses of governance, leadership and management we will bring the leanings to life through a practical application, face to face learning and online modules.
