Brent and his wife Delwyn are proud dairy farmers in the Waikato. Brent is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants. Prior to his director roles, Brent was with PwC for 25 years in New Zealand, Moscow and London. He also worked in Private Equity in London and New York.
Brent is currently on the board of Fonterra Cooperative, Rabobank New Zealand and the Power Farming Group (importing and retailing tractors and machinery in NZ, Australia and the US). He is the Chair of Waitomo Group - the fuel disruptor, and Better Eggs (supplying 30% of the supermarkets eggs). Brent is also helping at Health New Zealand, chairing the Financial Turnaround and HR Oversight committees.
Brent has a passion for food, nutrition and our rural communities and environment. In particular, he is a strong advocate for sound economics and efficient production of food.
