Everything directors need to know about Directors and Officers insurance
In a recent report nearly 90% of organisations provide some form of Directors and Officers insurance but the landscape for directors is changing and indemnification through an insurance product needs to be understood so you equally understand your risk profile as a director.
This session will provide an introduction to this aspect of governance and will offer a discussion based learning experience for attendees.
Mark is an insurance specialist at Marsh and has over 18 years in the insurance broking industry, with the last 10 years specialising in liability insurance. Mark’s client base is varied, where he deals with many different industry types ranging from technology companies to oil & gas, and everything in between. These companies can be small, medium, commercial, corporate, have a global presence, local or central government, NZX or ASX listed, or maybe just starting out.
