Overview

Join us for a deep dive into how organisations can enable long-term success while balancing commercial performance with social responsibility. This session will explore the key drivers of organisational prosperity, effective strategic planning, and the layers of governance needed to deliver results today and in the future.

Featuring insights from Tainui Group Holdings, we’ll examine how strong governance structures support both economic and community outcomes, and how leaders can navigate the complex interplay between commercial objectives and social impact. Learn practical approaches for creating enduring organisations that are resilient, purpose-driven, and prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the next generation.
