Explore how governance drives family business success, sustainability, and legacy across generations.
Family Businesses represent 75% of all businesses in New Zealand and contribute approximately 65% to GDP. In a world of accelerating change, rising environmental and social expectations, the choices that New Zealand family businesses make today will shape not only their commercial success, but also their legacy, for generations to come.
69% of top performing family businesses in New Zealand have formal boards in place which illustrates that good governance is essential to achieving long term sustainable growth within this sector.
Join our panelists for a thoughtful conversation on the vital role governance plays in family businesses. They’ll share personal insights and lessons learned from navigating the unique dynamics between family and business, and explore how to stay relevant through generational transitions.
