Martin Dippie CFInstD, Chair RealNZ and Mitre 10 NZ Ltd, discusses governance considerations in the competition for capital.
This decade directors are facing new and diverse economic challenges which impact the choices made regarding competition for capital.
Following the keynote speech, Martin Dippie will be joined by local senior directors in a panel discussion with Q&A time from the floor.
At the conclusion of this event invited Fellows of the IoD will be seated for dinner within the Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka premises.
Martin Dippie CFInstD is the Managing Director of Dunedin Mitre 10 Mega.
He is a Trustee of the Otago Rescue Helicopter Trust and has previously served on the Tourism Dunedin Board.
He is a member of the University’s Capital Development Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee.
Martin Dippie is the Member Principal of 3 Mitre 10 Stores in Dunedin, Mosgiel and Wanaka. He has a wide range of commercial interests and is currently Chair of Mitre 10 NZ Ltd.
