Overview

Join us for a compelling exploration of the high-stakes dynamics between CEOs and Boards—and what happens when alignment falters. Featuring expert insights from Andrea Twaddle, Director at DTI Lawyers, and Senga Allen, Managing Director of Everest People, this event dives into the legal and governance complexities that surface when relationships strain. Through real-world case studies, we’ll unpack the risks and ramifications of performance management missteps, no-fault terminations, and reinstatement claims. More than just legal implications, we’ll explore the profound ripple effects on culture, leadership stability, and organisational reputation.

Whether you're a Board member, CEO, or executive leader, this session offers essential strategies for navigating challenging transitions with clarity, compliance, and confidence.
